Brier is operated by Clarvit Technologies Private Limited, registered in India. Correspondence and support are handled by email at the address above.
Billing questions
Payments are processed by Razorpay. For refunds and cancellations, see the refund and cancellation policy. For a charge you do not recognise, email support@brier.ink with the date and amount and we will trace it.
Your data
To export your journal, use “Download my journal” in the account menu inside the app, which gives you a spreadsheet of everything. To have your account and all its data deleted, email support@brier.ink from the address on the account.
